According to statistics, craniocerebral injuries are often the cause of disability among population. The choice medicines for traumatic brain is one most difficult problems in complex treatment such patients. Ademol (1-adamantylethyloxy-3-morpholino-2-propanol hydrochloride) a promising medicinal substance that has huge positive therapeutic effect protective act on damaged and can be presented preparations different dosages. Therefore, urgent task development highly accurate, reliable, affordable, fast methods quantitative determination ademol. aim work study optimal conditions “ademol – bromocresol green” reaction develop an express, sensitive easy-to-implement method Materials methods. Bromocresol green (BCG) grade “chemically pure” acetone “pure analysis” were used as reagents solvents. Analytical equipment: spectrophotometer Specord 200, electronic scales AVT-120-5DM, ultrasonic bath Elmasonic E 60H, class A measuring vessels.
